Mid Island Gives 2017 registration is FREE
The Mid Island Gives Charity Expo will be on November 1st, 2017 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre, in the Pipers Lagoon Lobby. The Expo will take place at the same time as the Lunch & Learn (details below).
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Complete Section 2 (below) to register.
Each organization will be provided with one-half of a 6' table. Table assignments will be arbitrary. No power will be provided. One or two representatives per booth. Set-up will begin at 10:00 am.
Organizations are welcome to collect donations, have prizes, auction, or raffle items (each organization is responsible for proper licencing).
The Mid Island Gives Lunch & Learn will feature a panel of experts on planned giving. Participating organizations are encouraged to invite board members, donors, and prospective donors. Click here to download the invitation.
Participating organizations will be provided space to display one pop-up banner. Partcipation in on a first-come, first-served basis. Complete Section 2 (below) to register.
All lunch guests must purchase tickets to attend, including organization representatives.
